If you are looking for a multi tap keyboard on an Android you can try Numpadkey.
It’s a beta version, which seems was never published on Android Market.
If you want to install it on your phone you need to download apk file to your phone, and run it to install the program (You need to allow installation of non-Market applications in the settings of you Android phone to be able to install it. Go to Settings > Aplications > tick Unkown sources)
Once you install numpadkey, in order to start using instead of your default keyboard, you need to turn it on.
Go to Settings > Language & keyboard > under keyboard settings tick NumpadKey > go to Select input method and select NumpadKey

Its a good keyboard except the arrangement of clear and shift key is awkward. Also auto capitalization is not present.
